I have a notion that you are pulling your hair out wondering what to get for that special sewer in your life. Whether you need stocking stuffers or a full on gift giving idea this Christmas. You can find it all at I Have a Notion.
Kelly, the owner of I have a notion, shares her love for sewing, quilting, and bargain shopping all in one very organized place.. Her diligence to keep up with the current trends, and still have the best prices, as well as adding some humor to her adventures in her blog just keep me rolling in smiles all day long.
Check out what some other sewers think of Kelly here.
Kelly is offering two prizes as well
Fall in Love with Applique!
• Learn to add beautiful appliqué to any quilt by hand or machine
• 7 charming quilts get you started
• 3 hand appliqué techniques: needle-turn, raw-edged, and reverse appliqué
• 3 machine appliqué techniques: invisible, raw-edged, and free-motion appliqué
Beloved quilting teacher and TV personality Alex Anderson shows you how easy it is to enhance any quilt with appliquéd flowers, leaves, hearts, and other shapes.
Prize 2:: Day & Night Quilt Book
Day & Night will mystify, enchant, and entertain you! It is magical! No
smoke and mirrors: the technique is just totally awesome! The pattern is
made from strips! The illusion is created by using the acrylic template,
included in the back of the book. Eleanor offers variations on making a
quilt with two or three contrasting colors. By using 3 or 4 fabric strips
the blocks take on a whole new look!
