Good Morning readers. I woke up this morning to find out that I won a wonderful gift voucher from Quilthome.com for $20.00. The start of a great day for me, and maybe for you to. So I am honoring my readers by giving away a free yard of fabric, or 2 half yards or a pattern of your choosing. (up to 10.00)
All you have to do to win, is visit quilthome.com and pick out 2 half yards or 1 full yard that you would love to have. Then come back to my blog and leave a comment telling me what your request would be. (please keep it to 10.00) So half my gift voucher will be yours.
That's it! So what would you order if you got a free yard of fabric? I have my shopping cart ready for your requests. Winner will be picked sometime tomorrow 7/1/2009.

    Thanks for the awesome giveaway!It's such a tease to look at all of these fabrics :)
    I'm having the hardest time deciding so I think I will let you make the final decsion should I be so lucky...
    It's a toss up between 1/2 yd Joel Dewberry Sunburst in chocolate (Aviary JD19)and a 1/2 yd Joel Dewberry Wood grain in chocolate (Aviary JD20) or a full yard of the cinnamon butterflies from Valori Wells' new Del HI line (Del Hi VW21).

    [QH-FC-FS-EM11-Fuchsia] It is so beautiful - the greens and purple/fushia. I might make some cosmetic bags, lined. I got the pattern from honeybuns.

It's going with the Heather Ross yellow lightening bugs fabric on the main dress, but I need more of that.

  39. That is so generous of you! I would choose the "Deer Valley JD22-Sky Fabric by Joel Dewberry". My husband and I have this needle punch embroidery of a buck head that we got for ten cents at a thrift store. We named him "Buckley". He's kind of our mascot and is always hung in a place of honor in our home. Every time we find anything with deer on it we think of "Buckley". I could make something sweet to compliment "Buckley" out of that fabric!
