Sunday Stash :: Katie Jump Rope

Isn't she lovely.....
I purchased this after seeing the stack over at The Sometimes Crafter's Mom's Blog. My first fabric purchase from Sew, Mama, Sew!
Everything was packaged so pretty.
I have a confession to make though...
I bought this almost 3 weeks ago maybe even a month, and today was the first time I took it out of the package. It just looks so yummy I cant bear to open it. Maybe I will put it together with my reds and yellows to make it even more beautiful. I do have plans for it, I am just to busy to start right now.
I am doing a Giveaway on Wednesday May 27th, in honor of Giveaway Day as well as my 100th Post! Can you believe it? How the time flies. Grab a BIG cup of coffee, and a ton of free time to go through what I hear to be about 200 different giveaways all linked to one blog over at Sew, Mama, Sew!
I will see you all Wednesday! Have a great Memorial Day Weekend.

  2. What a great stack of fabric Terri! I'd be the same as you I think! Whenever I buy new fabric I sit a look at it for so long cos I can't bear to cut into it. Then when it's gone you always want more... I'm going through the weirdest 'red' faze at the moment - and I've never liked red! But I just want to put it in everything... I'm waiting on my sweet stack to arrive from Fabritopia...
    Best wishes,
    Jenelle

  5. Ya know, that is a problem I have. When the fabrics are put together sew prettily, in nice fat quarter bundles, I just want them all! I can't put fabrics together like that. And if you separate them, the thrill is not quite there anymore. But what good do they do sitting on your shelf? Ahhhh. Such problems to contemplate.

  6. OOH I love that fabric. I just made 2 blouses and a skirt out of some of those fabrics. They were so soft, the just screamed WEAR ME!!! and now I have some great scraps to use in a quilt. Have fun.
